2yIt’s extremely valuable to us when former employees take the time to give us feedback so we greatly appreciate the time you took to share this with us. We know our change from employee-owned to Private Equity has come with it’s challenges, but we’ve always tried our best to keep HCSS’ original “people first culture” front and center. We pride ourselves in our internal mobility, and a lot of wonderful employees started in Tech Support to then grow their careers in other departments within the company. With this, if you are comfortable, we’d love to hear more about the situations described in your review, as we never want someone to feel mentally overwhelmed or denied any opportunity presented to them. As HCSS continues to move forward, we’ll also continue to review work-life balance, benefits, technical advancements, etc. With the hire of our new CTO, we are hopeful their guidance can help us maintain our industry-leading position and even further enhance our technical impact for our customers.
