I am so glad to have left after 9 years. The first 6 were very good but I regret staying on for that final contract. They still owe me for the overtime I taught this year. The new VC has absolutely no idea how to run a large eductional institution. Senior management has been stuffed with incompetent Emirati staff who have no work ethic, no common sense and don't care. HR is a shambles, finance is just as bad, and academically they are clueless.
