If your on FMLA watch out they will try and get rid of you faster than you can say " what" HR does not have your back and if you complain it only makes things worse. very unprofessional management who thinks there Jokes are funny at others cost. They set you up to fail if they don't want you there. Upper management are known to say " ya that person should be quitting soon" and laugh. they will tear you down until you have no confidence left . Hard work does not pay off and they use associate against associate causing a hostile very uncomfortable work environment. If your not with the in crowd as I mean kissing someone's butt your not in . New manager is incompetent when it comes to associates and will walk right by you and run to say hello to their favorites. If you try to move up with the company forget it . They have the person picked already and will tell them to apply so you have no chance to advance.
