Pros
Pleasant people to work with. Standard office, standard job, standard output. If you are a workaholic, this is the place for you.
Cons
CTI was a stepping stone to other more lucrative LOB's within HD Supply. Most managers and C-level's were just using CTI as a rite of passage. Constant juggling of supervisors through all lines of business was off-putting and annoying. CTI runs on antiquated systems, which allow inefficient reporting and challenges surrounding accuracy. There is ZERO team-building or team culture activities. You show up for work to get a job done, and go home.
