They say they care; unless you request a pay raise, a future path, ask the why's to policies, or ask if they would be willing to do a hybrid shift if they are not going to subsidize gas with the prices right now. They will find a way to fire you if they so please instead of giving you a chance to make improvements. Health is not important to them. You will pay 1400 dollars a month in insurance for your family, and if you use it, then get ready for those co-pays, They offer tuition program, unless you would like to be reimbursed per their SOP.
