Pros
Smart people, good business model, valuable service to the customers, nice office and good reputation among peer companies. Just now getting a handle on real data governance with a promising team working to improve things. In-house learning department offers good variety of personal improvement courses.
Cons
Current company president is a bit out of touch. Good people (at all levels) are leaving because of decisions he is making. Headquarters is relocating to Atlanta, could end up being a good decision, but losing many California residents who are choosing not make the move.
