      Salary is very low to decent, and culture is autocratic, only manager is responsible for your worst or best working company, some managers are the best and some are worst

      Cons

      There is no one to listen your point of view , you have to work what eva they say, bad place to learn, only complete the task and don't say anything..

      Pros

      Good working environment as culture flows from parent. Ethically strong. Operate in a High Potential Business which can be captured through stand brand HDFC.

      Cons

      Pathetic leadership. No vision, no hunger for growth. No processes, no structured reviews. CEO runs business like mom and pop shop. Worst CEO to work with. Never keeps his words / commitments. Lazy and undisciplined to the core. CEO suffers from Satyriasis.

      Pros

      Good company to work for and has a brand name of HDFC. The company is in expanding stage and wants to be one of Fortune 500

      Cons

      The company is in startup stage and management are still in confusion how run it. All the heads of various departments sits in Mumbai Office and they don't care about branch office people.
