      Employee friendly and gives space and support for new employee to adjust with the organisation's environment and the work culture.

      Cons

      Every company has as no one is perfect and their are some oods and evens everywhere. So no point saying anything about the company which gives the opportunity to work and perform as per your way.

      Pros

      Good working environment as culture flows from parent. Ethically strong. Operate in a High Potential Business which can be captured through stand brand HDFC.

      Cons

      Pathetic leadership. No vision, no hunger for growth. No processes, no structured reviews. CEO runs business like mom and pop shop. Worst CEO to work with. Never keeps his words / commitments. Lazy and undisciplined to the core. CEO suffers from Satyriasis.

      Good company to work for and has a brand name of HDFC. The company is in expanding stage and wants to be one of Fortune 500

      Cons

      The company is in startup stage and management are still in confusion how run it. All the heads of various departments sits in Mumbai Office and they don't care about branch office people.
