      - Friendly staff on the ground floor. - Room for professional growth.

      Cons

      - Upper management is uncaring, uninformed, and irresponsible. - Shows are created and staffed just to be ignored and ultimately cancelled. No support from higher ups. - Often expected to work long hours for no extra pay. - Laid off the majority of the company with no warning.

      Been here at HD for years in many different positions, great environment that lends itself to creativity and making quality content. Awesome group of people who are self motivated and make a strong team

      Cons

      One time the air conditioning didn't work, that was a bad day. (Hasn't happened since though!)
