Pros

Co-workers are very nice, but you need to realize you cannot speak poorly about the company or you might be reported or even fired.

Cons

Job is more stressful than it needs to be because of subjective grading on phone calls. Required to report mistakes made by co-workers, which may cause them to lose their bonus. Pay is so low you really need the bonus to help make the wage tolerable. Not allowed to speak freely; must maintain a false attitude of satisfaction and happiness or they will fire you.Overall it is a pretty creepy place to work. Also; flat out lied to about bonus amounts; was told average was $600 a month, probably more like $25 if that. Difficult to get time off.

Pros

I came in with little billing experience. The nature of billing will expand your knowledge and teach you forward thinking.

Cons

Sometimes you can fill limited which isn't always a bad thing, limitations provide a push to do more.
