Even though I had some issues with the management, the company offered a very competitive salary. I felt that my compensations was fair and commensurate with my experience and skills.

Recalling my experience of working for the impractical management of this company was like poison that made me feel sick to my stomach. I remember feeling forced to comply with their unrealistic demands and unrealistic expectations. The management seemed to be living in a world of their own, completely disconnected from the realities of the factory floor. Their decisions were often irrelevant to the daily operations, leading to confusion and chaos. It was evident that they lacked the necessary technical knowledge and expertise to run the company effectively.
