      Pros

      I really value the company investing into their employees to help me build their leadership skills by giving them the tools/trainings. This is valuable because I can invest in myself to move up in the company.

      I think as a company this big does struggle with effective communication.

      Culture, schedule flexibility, depending on management, remote work, and employee owned, okay benefits

      Cons

      Parking sucks. The office is in downtown so you have pay just about any where you park. Work is repetitive or stagnant sometimes.

      Pros

      Fantastic teamwork. The Coastal Group is very close and highly collaborative. There is a lot of support from upper management in the Coastal Group. Lots of projects lined up.

      Cons

      PTO and Sick Leave are tied together.
