      Good benefits, decent pay, growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Corporate environment isn't for everyone. As part of the administrative staff, I often had to deal with kitchen maintenance, which took away from the professional aspect of the job. I was laid off due to Covid.

      Excellent structure and procedures in all areas of business

      Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.

      Job security generally pretty high

      Cons

      Work environment is intense (in an uncomfortable way. not in a fun challenging way) and not very accommodating/flexible despite how much employees are expected to give.
