      Pros

      Plenty of work if you are a self starter and capable.

      Cons

      Control is from HQ. All 180 branch offices need to produce for them. Technology is dictated from Omaha HQ too. This can lead to out of date training and computer technology.

      Culture, schedule flexibility, depending on management, remote work, and employee owned, okay benefits

      Cons

      Parking sucks. The office is in downtown so you have pay just about any where you park. Work is repetitive or stagnant sometimes.

      Pros

      Fantastic teamwork. The Coastal Group is very close and highly collaborative. There is a lot of support from upper management in the Coastal Group. Lots of projects lined up.

      Cons

      PTO and Sick Leave are tied together.
