      Pros

      The people who work here are very passionate about their work and often stay for a long time with the conpany. It is employee owned with options to invest into it, and it is global, offering a wide variety of engineering and architecture desing.

      Cons

      Sadly, this job was not a good culture fit for me. If you are an engineer you will fit right in, but as admin I often felt confused about the ambiguity of my role and couldnt relate well with my coworkers.

      Culture, schedule flexibility, depending on management, remote work, and employee owned, okay benefits

      Cons

      Parking sucks. The office is in downtown so you have pay just about any where you park. Work is repetitive or stagnant sometimes.

      Pros

      Fantastic teamwork. The Coastal Group is very close and highly collaborative. There is a lot of support from upper management in the Coastal Group. Lots of projects lined up.

      Cons

      PTO and Sick Leave are tied together.
