I left another company to work for HDR and it was a mistake. Second day of training my supervisor informed me that he is a ex-felon. I should have taken this had a red light/warning because he turned out to have the attitude of a thug! CAD standards that are generally used in other companies are not applied here. Annotations are all done in the reference file - unheard of... I personally found it hard to be productive and work efficiently with files that were so horribly laid out from the start. I tried expression this to my supervisor and all I got was attitude. I was then neglected by my supervisor and clique of engineers. Cad cowboys do what they want here - HDR is the wild west compared to other companies I've worked for - phx / T
