      Corporate and very large a&e firm- reliable organization but very political

      Cons

      All Politics- if you’re in the right persons graces you don’t do. Anything billable, otherwise you will work hard and get laid off as soon as the project slows down

      Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.

      Great team and culture'. Lots of work-life balance and supportive managers. Great for all ages. Employee-owned and has an excellent community between local offices

      Managers may depend on the team. Contractors may be difficult
