Pros

Flexible hours, good pay with regular raises and promotions, work from home once a week, great benefits/insurance, wonderful team and managers, variety of projects. HDR invests in you as an employee, and will send you to relevant training or national conferences to help advance your career goals.

Cons

A lot of people on the team are long-term employees, and have been at HDR for 10, 15, 20, 25 years (which shows it's a great company to work for). When you first start, you will be given a lot of smaller, boring jobs until you work up the totem pole a little bit (around 2 years). Oh, and the parking situation is awful. If you've been there less than 3-4 years, you'll have to take a shuttle from the Crossroads Mall parking garage.

Excellent structure and procedures in all areas of business

Cons

Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.
