- Flexible schedule - No micromanaging - Laid-back environment

-Cameras everywhere -No trust -Constant mistakes on bi-weekly payments -Outdated systems -Poor communication -No one is introduced here -2 buildings that aren't managed well -Not notified when there's a weather emergency. Expected to come at your own risk and then clean things up in the building. -Safety hazards -People don't care about doing their best work and advancing the company. This starts from the management. -Website, social media, amazon are so poorly managed -Poor benefits; 2 weeks vacation after 3 years of being in the company only -No one is thanked/appreciated or rewarded for trying or for new ideas that can potentially help. They say they want to hear your ideas, but they don't. -Unpaid jewish holidays -No growth opportunities -Revolving door -No HR
