Weak leadership - Estimator HEICO Employee Review

Lack of leadership has resulted in a complete breakdown in all aspects of business. Most importantly safety is not taken seriously. No action plan is in place, while management maintains they are doing s great job. Vertical integration is not only non-existent but dysfunctional. Divisions actually sabotage one another to eliminate their opportunity to bid on projects. No clear direction. Divisional leaders are micromanaged, but not to create ethical policy. Only to implement cost cutting.
