Pros
Large company with full benefits. People are all very friendly. A lot of intelligent and talented people. Most subsidiaries pay well.
Cons
Made up of many different subsidiaries, all basically competing with one another so if you are hoping to have a wealth of opportunity to grow within the company it will be difficult. Some company owners are not quick to share quality employees to better the position of the employee.
