Pros
There are a lot of eager and excited people who are passionate about the work they do. The projects are in line with the goal of environmental well-being and sustainability. They invest in continued growth in company culture
Cons
The salaries, benefits, and especially raises do not mirror the cost of living in the serviced areas. There's waves of high turnover of lower management because time does not get reflected in pay. Across the various disciplines, upper management makes an effort to say that hard work is seen and appreciated, but the amount of external hires vs internal promotions creates a culture of high turnover and low loyalty. Additionally, mid to upper management constantly pass off responsibilities to lower level employees without recognition and primarily raises. It went from a 40 hour work week to a 60 hour work week with unsustainable wages.
