      Pros

      Interesting niche, good work-life balance, nice colleagues in the office. The pay is nothing special, but fair for an entry level role.

      Cons

      Management and higher ups from the US/India offices push a lot of their ways of working down to everyone in the company. AI has to be included in every single project and task it feels like, and this is both disruptive and highly unnecessary. It feels like there is a serious disconnect between the engineers on the working floors in Europe and the engineers + managers + higher-ups in India and the US. Salary could be higher.

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
