Pros
Great Seattle office location with an amazing view of the water and downtown area. Great opportunity to surround yourself with motivated and smart people. Company stocks up the kitchen with both junk food and healthy food at no cost to the employee. Friendly environment.
Cons
Communication lacks greatly between departments. Job duties are assigned to specific people; not departments, so it is difficult to get answers or find resources. You need to jump through hoops to get to the right person to help answer your question. Everything is communicated via internal social media. Management miss all the updates if they are not following the chat board.
