      The company is packed with highly competent technical people. They offer decent amount of days off as well as education program.

      Cons

      Management is extremely dedicated from the labor power. The bureaucracy is just annoying. There are a lot of ideas in the C-level guys heads but lack of a strategy to implement them.

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
