Pros
The level of flexibility to take time off from your responsibilities. Also, to e involved in a very fast growth industry as the recognized leader, location services. For the most part, the actual working level of folks are smart and dedicated group of people. However, we have quite a few MBA's from some of the best Universities that are being totally under utilized. Finally, NAVTEQ spares no expense when they have company functions...it shows that they can be lavish.
Cons
The level of feifdoms within the corporate culture and the arrogance of (certain) management and their inability to properly execute any initiatives. Going with the arrogant theme, there are some managers (you know who you are) who are essentially borderline psychotic, obviously this does not maje to be a healthy work environment.
