Pros
only travel and insurance are things i would say are positive. Mind you soon after they're curbing benefits they won't even hesitate curbing the remaining two now
Cons
Lack of opportunities, biased managers and pl's, their so called POSH (prevention of sexual harassment) team never help victims, no growth for hardworking employees but the money is kept so that the manager can spent it on their favourites. in the name of women empowerment female who don't deserve still get hike of 30-40%. (been there seen it). management first of all have no experience of business management and they lack professionalism. Pl's in the quarterly one to one discussion with the employees keep on gossiping rather than reviewing their performance. Can say worst culture. Seems like they buy the award of 'BEST PLACE TO WORK'
