Clueless executives including the CEO. Either the employees are idiots and they don’t understand them, or they have a hidden plan for the company which they do not share. Strategy is disconnected from reality, execution fails continuously and no one cares. Instead, the focus is on endlessly defining the ways of working and dancing around agile. People at HERE compete for work and this is wanted, because there is simply too many VPs ( there is even one for compensation and salaries ). On top, the worst code base ever, zero governance.
