- If one finds the project which suits him, he will enjoy his time by the company. - the nice colleagues are from all over the world - home office is allowed - new ideas are welcome

- lack of career opportunities - salaries are rather average, so are the colleagues - own ideas will mostly be ignored - management has rather average leading skills - discussion is preferred over doing the work - no clear role assignment, no real technical feedback
