Senior Leadership are self-entitled and collectively manage employees through fear and manipulation. There is a high turnover rate at this company due to lack of professional development and training. Employees are expected to excel and work hard on behalf of department and team but are being paid below market value. There is a huge lack of trust amongst teams and leadership because employees fear of losing their job if they speak up or bring attention to things that can change for the betterment of the business. Senior Leadership and upper management lack emotional intelligence to inflict positive change and support for their teams. Can create ptsd due to a highly toxic work culture.
