- Toxic work atmosphere - They expect you to work late and on weekends to cross over with offices in the US and Asia - No team moral or culture, most employees constantly feel their job is under threat so they back stab each other to ensure they're safe. - C-level in marketing is incompetent - Many of the tools and programs used are old and inadequate. The company can't keep up with competitors.
