Pros
They are doing their best to become a relevant company in todays microclimate, but they are not doing a very good job at it. Pay for the position is mediocre (no commission) Commute is paid
Cons
With trying to stay up to trends they are losing what they already had. Outsourcing is a tragedy. The word "Sales" should be taken out of the equation as they are a call center, nothing less, nothing more. People will smile in your face but will slide tackle you at first chance. No working structure and the employees use this to their advantage. NO YOUNG PEOPLE AT ALL, DONT COME HERE IF YOUNGER THAN 25. The older workers are hanging on for dear life not to be fired tomorrow, because everyone in the company is swimming, even the higher ups.
