Pros

Cons
I don't know if my experience would apply everywhere at Navteq, but my team wasn't the best. I started working there while still at school and I was told that I would get help from senior members in my team. Help was minimal, if ever. It was so stressful for me because I wasn't experienced enough. I was thrown in there with no training and go figure! Had to spend a lot of time figuring things out on my own which burned me out at the end. Manager wasn't helpful at all. Despite that I have to say that it's not the case with other teams. I've seen people there do almost nothing all day. Coming in late, have breakfast with a chitchat, work for an hour or so, go to lunch, work for some time and then leave early. Now, they wouldn't be there if they weren't doing their jobs. So I have to say that I cannot generalize my experience to all, but I had to share it
