Getting a guaranteed check every week although it may not be for the correct amount owed but hey it’s better than nothing 🤷🏽♂️
Cons
The head of management (T) show’s favoritism to certain employees, makes up rules on the fly, has zero communication skills, there’s no room for growth, she can careless about ANYTHING the actual people that know and do the job thinks, she’s more concerned about catching ppl doing things on camera than the safety and fairness of the job, she’s very problematic & drama filled and loves to keep the chaos going. She has single handedly destroyed and ran the company in the ground. If you like micro management, your business publicized, and a chaotic environment then go for it‼️
