Pros
I spent the first four years of my career with HEXstream and could not have asked for a better experience. With the support of company leadership and my supervisor, I grew personally and professionally without having to sacrifice my quality of life outside of work. The company provides terrific work for its clients, and it was exciting to play a role in that process. At a very young age, I was afforded excellent opportunities to branch out beyond marketing and gain exposure to different areas of the business, which remains valuable to me even after leaving to pursue a completely different career path.
Cons
HEXstream is not an ideal environment for individuals who are unmotivated or passive. The people who thrive at HEXstream are the ones who take accountability for their work and are driven to succeed.
