They believe that if they create a fantastic environment for advisers then advisers will look after the clients and everyone will be happy.
There are no hard targets or sales management but help is there to support and grow adviser businesses /client books.
They encourage adviser support teams by giving them the freedom to take ownership of how to look after clients and responsibility and accountability is encouraged. The environment fosters the feeling that we are all in it together and means that the structure is really flat too, making decision making easier.
They are a great social firm where those less experienced are surrounded by experienced advisers, paraplanners and admins. Average tenure is over 10 years!
