Great company - Warehouse Operative HG. Stephenson Employee Review

I enjoy coming into work each day and leave feeling productive. The staff are all really friendly and management are fair and supportive. I always feel valued for the work I do and in return I go above and beyond. I've been with the company for many, many years which says something in itself. Because its not a massive firm (a family run business), your opinions always matter and you are treated as a person, not a number. Its a busy company and there is always lots to do which makes the day go quicker.

Working here is more than just a job, everyone cares & takes pride, which may not suit everyone.

I just find that everyone in the team I was in, Customer Services, really pulled together.

It did take me a little time to get up to speed with the system, the support from the Senior CSA/ Trainer really helped me gain my confidence.
