Pros
Leadership has clear growth goals and these are well communicated to staff. Quality client base. Excellent flexibility on remote working, flexible working, and reasonable accommodations. Senior attorneys/partners in my practice group are great to work with, and happy to distribute work around. Realistic billing, write-off, and recordable hours targets. Indeed, a little lower than industry standard.
Cons
Need for growth - whilst exciting - creates pressure felt across the firm (when you're doing well, it feels great. When you're not, less so). Size of firm can sometimes mean internal policies and compliance end up confusing and time-consuming. Promotion track, whilst clearly defined, is untested.
