Inventory management is clearly a challenge.

I provided forklift as well as teamwork experience. They buy the employees lunch every first Monday off the month. So that's cool.

Its pretty much family owned, so moving up in the company isn't going to happen. Flat pay rate, can be very hot or very cold depending on the weather. But other than that this is a dead end job, what you see is what you get that's it.
