Pros

When I joined the company I came from a sales organization that micromanaged their employees and instilled fear as a means of motivation. Territories were unevenly divided and quotas were unattainable. It's almost a year later and I can honestly say that I made one of the best decisions of my life joining HHAeXchange. The sales and marketing team is run by a very smart, hard working VP that empowers his team to succeed while being hands off in the day to day operations. Nonetheless, he's easily accessible, supportive and quick to provide feedback and assistance as needed. The Health Care industry is always evolving and there's a growing need for home care. We own 65% of the market share in NYC alone and are expanding our business to other states. Great opportunity to succeed and grow your professional career!

Cons

Like one reviewer said, we're not in the heart of Manhattan but the commute to LIC Queens isn't terrible. We're also allowed to work from home on occasion which is a plus.

Allows Full Remote Work, Has Good People, Company Has Good Benefits

Cons

During my time at the company there were illogical waves of hires and then layoffs. There was a lack of QA and refinement for what you'd expect at a software company. However, at the time I left they seemed to be making improvements.
