This company will lie to you and management expects you to tattle on your fellow employees and will even go to the extent as to have you spy on them and keeping tabs on their every move. There is too much drama that comes along with this job. They protect management such as lazy leads and will point the finger at the crew members first. If you are on medical leave, they will demote you. If you find out you are pregnant, they will make the work environment extremely stressful and will either wait for you to quit or wait until you least expect it and fire you.
