Pros
Some (very few) of the people are great to work with but there aren't that many. People rarely get fired and performance reviews don't hold any weight for anyone. If you don't perform well or have behavior/attendance issues, you'll just get moved to a new area and given a clean slate to underperform all over again.
Cons
Salary employees continue to see their benefits and pay negatively affected year after year. Managers who supervise hourly employees are given absolutely NO support from upper management or HR. Despite everything that is said and the endless trainings about being great leaders, what the company really wants is for you to verify your team's time and remain silent about the contradictory and abusive culture that surrounds you while keeping up with schedule with outdated equipment, facilities, and employees who know they can't be held accountable.
