Cons
Short-sighted upper management. Current leadership is increasingly draconian. I joined in part due to various perks which were later removed.
Like anywhere, your immediate team management will make or break your experience here.
Some teams lack the needed personnel. Leads to "putting out fires" constantly instead of being able to make headway with projects to improve processes or designs.
Pay has gotten better but does not keep up with the level of experience. Feels like you will only be rewarded if you stay here your entire career.
PTO could be better, especially as they removed sick days a number of years ago.
Over investment into AI with no tangible benefit.
Health insurance costs recently rose. Current plans for salaried employers nearly doubled in their monthly cost.
