      Pros

      There is plenty of work to keep busy in my position. I like the variety of work.

      Cons

      In the last few months the turnover rate has been numerous. Management does get unnecessarily carried away with authority and scares employees away.

      Pros

      Good environment for work & learn. Working with team. Salary withdrawal time to time.

      Cons

      If you want to join HIL then you have to join before April or on march. Otherwise, you will get benefit of appraisal after two year. If your 1st year not completed in April then you will get increment after two year mean next April without any benefit of 1st year. Not any yearly bonus or other benefit.
