Work culture environment. Good incentives for staff motivation.
Cons
You won't be recognise unless you are higher than the bottom of the food chain. Will support the external people applying, apart from their own staff's career progression. I don't think I was on the same page as them as far as my career goals. I was pretty open from the start about my goals even volunteered to train without pay for my career progression. Trusted them but nothing happened.
