Good people, poor management - Engineer HIPP Design + Consulting Employee Review

Constantly bidding low on jobs and making unrealistic timelines Demanding “quality” without appropriate time to review designs Unwillingness to hold clients to deadlines and push back scheduled deliverables due to a lack of design criteria “Mandatory overtime” for salaried and exempt employees due to “hard times” with no compensation for salaried employees Company boast of 12 million dollars in revenue in a year but gives out $300-700 annual bonus to its 40+ employees Ultra religious (weekly prayer meetings) You’re looked down upon if you’re not Christian and don’t attend the weekly prayer meeting. (A quick two week look ahead is given after prayer and no attempt is made to include people who did not attend the prayer meeting) Designers with 30+ years experience are looked down upon by engineers straight out of school with little real-world experience because they don’t have an engineering degree.
