Pros

Flex schedule, bosses don't micromanage

Cons

The turnover is really high, and it's really not a surprise with how poorly managed it is. The HR person doesn't know ANYTHING about benefits; and what's worse, is that she doesn't even care. When I asked about the health insurance, I had to consult with another NEW HIRE to get more information. Also, the pay is ok considering it's non-profit. But once mandatory health insurance is deducted, you barely have a check. Please, if you're considering employment with this organization, and you need health insurance, ask about it first.

Pros

You'll find a lot of talented people here, and being able to make connections with them has been great.

Cons

The company doesn't value employees AT ALL. We're viewed as nothing more than disposable pawns by management, and they'd much rather replace us than take the time to provide support and guidance. You aren't even rewarded for sticking with the company for a long time or consistently performing at a high level. You're just wasting your talents here. Avoid.
