Pros
If you work hard, you are generally rewarded for it. At HIX I was part of one of the best teams I've ever worked with. You really learn what it is to be part of a team. There are some great and influential individuals on managerial positions who makes all the difference and are supportive.
Cons
There are constantly junior employees leaving, rocking the boat and making longer serving staff to work harder, longer hours and constantly train new people. This is not a company for casual passers by as you are expected to work hard and learn/understand the history of the company.
