Firstly thank you for staying at HKA for more than three years. We really appreciate your loyalty and everything you do to help us improve and grow HKA.
We are delighted that you are experiencing a positive culture with “fantastic people” as you said. We are so very proud of our people, as they make the difference to our Clients and to making HKA “a great place to work”, as you said.
Thanks also for your honest point under Con…we hope no one “becomes lost in the system” as we always want to help, include and support our people. If anyone feels like this…do encourage them to reach out to their Line Manager/Supervisor or their Regional CEO or their People Team or me.
