None that I can think of

- sales driven culture permeating all levels, staff are encouraged to constantly sell on the job - no real technical acumen or knowledge in the team particularly in management levels - no strategy only sales driven targets from upper levels - this translates to little to no career pathways for most staff - highly political and toxic environment - talking up what is essentially an empty vessel

The reasons we see this differently are that our people tell us that our culture is very collaborative, we are one global team, and high-performing.
